You Brighten My Day (Card week day 5)

My mum, who wants me to make her a few more cards, is not very much into the Clean And Simple style, so I have made some cards which fit her taste better.

Here is the fist one:

Papers & stickers: Echo Park. Ribbon: unknown
As it's spring here, I thought bright, happy colors would be perfect!

I found the idea for the design at the card challenge blog Feeling Sketcky:

Feeling Sketchy has teamed up with Let's Scrap this month for InterNational Scrapbooking Day - the twist is to play along with both sites this month. I will reveal my card for the Let's Scrap challenge tomorrow, so please come back then :-)

A close up of details before you leave me:

Yellow/black masculin card

As I promised on Tuesday, when I showed a card in traditional masculin colors & patterns, I have a card today with less tradtional ones. What about yellow and roses on a man's card?

Papers: AC (b/w stipey), Crate Papers (yellow w/roses). Moustache clip: Tiger. Cardstock, riobbon, button & twine: unknown

The design is from Feeling Sketchy's DT call sketch:

What do you say - still masculin, even with yellow & roses?

Black/blue masculin card

As I promised in my Sunday post, I have more masculin cards for you this week.

Like this one:

Papers: b/w background: American Crafts, b/w tag: Glitz Designs, blue: LYB. Twine: The Twinery.
Rubon, epoxy tie & ribbon: unknown

This card is simple (like all my cards) and made in a minute, and the design is taken from sketch #114 at Feeling Sketchy.

This card is in traditional masculine colors & patterns: black & blue, stripes & hexagons. Please return on Thursday when I'll show a masculine in less tradional colors & patterns :-)
