Road Trip 2013 - CSI Case File #83

My dad lives on the other side of the country, a ten hour drive from our house, so we don't see him too often. We decided to pay him a visit this summer, but also to take advantage of beeing on the road and visit a few more Places on the way.

My kids are good in the car, but find long travels boring, so they stayed up long the night before we took off, so they could sleep in the car and make the trip more easy. The photo in the layout below is taken about 1/2 hour after we left the house *lol*

The journaling says: This year we took no trip abroad - instead we went to Bergen. for a change we decided to stop over in Vraadal.

This layout is my take on this week's Case File at CSI, #83. This month's theme is travelling and the perfect inspiration to scrap the photos from our road trip.

*All five colors used (Manilla Cream on the background cardstock)
